Individual
Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a cornerstone service at United Minds Foundation. It is a form of therapy where a person works one-on-one with a trained mental health professional in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. The goal is to explore feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

At United Minds Foundation, our individual psychotherapy sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each person. We take into account the individual's personal history, current circumstances, and long-term goals. Our therapists utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and more. This allows us to provide a personalized approach to treatment, helping clients gain insight into their problems, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve their quality of life.

We understand that deciding to seek help can be a difficult decision. That's why we strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and supportive atmosphere where clients feel understood and empowered. Our dedicated professionals are committed to walking with individuals on their journey towards better mental health, providing the guidance and tools necessary to navigate life's challenges. Through individual psychotherapy at United Minds Foundation, we're helping individuals foster resilience, self-understanding, and personal growth.
